Preparation
- In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and Sriracha. Whisk until evenly combined.
- Season chicken pieces with salt and pepper. Optionally marinate ahead with garlic or ginger.
- Thread seasoned chicken onto skewers, leaving space between pieces for even cooking.
Cooking
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Coat skewers generously with Bang Bang sauce.
- Place skewers in air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Ensure chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C) and is golden brown.
Serving
- Remove skewers from air fryer and serve hot. Drizzle with additional Bang Bang sauce if desired.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Freezing is possible; reheat until hot in the air fryer.
