Ingredients
  

For the Chicken Skewers
  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into pieces Use boneless, skinless for best results.
  • ½ cup mayonnaise Can substitute with Greek yogurt or vegan mayo.
  • ¼ cup sweet chili sauce Adds sweetness to the sauce.
  • 1-2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce Adjust according to heat preference.
  • to taste Salt and pepper Essential for basic seasoning.
  • 4-6 Wooden or metal skewers Soak wooden skewers for 30 minutes to prevent burning.

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and Sriracha. Whisk until evenly combined.
  2. Season chicken pieces with salt and pepper. Optionally marinate ahead with garlic or ginger.
  3. Thread seasoned chicken onto skewers, leaving space between pieces for even cooking.
Cooking
  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Coat skewers generously with Bang Bang sauce.
  3. Place skewers in air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  4. Ensure chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C) and is golden brown.
Serving
  1. Remove skewers from air fryer and serve hot. Drizzle with additional Bang Bang sauce if desired.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Freezing is possible; reheat until hot in the air fryer.
