  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour and baking powder until well combined.
  2. Gradually add the Greek yogurt to the dry mixture and combine until a soft dough forms.
  3. Lightly flour your countertop and knead the dough for about 2-3 minutes until it becomes smooth.
  4. Divide the dough into 4 portions. Roll each portion into a log and form a circle, pinching the ends together to create a bagel shape.
  5. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  6. Place the bagels in the air fryer basket, making sure not to overcrowd them. Air fry for 10-12 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  7. If using toppings, brush the bagels with a little water or yogurt and sprinkle on your desired toppings before the final minutes of cooking.
  8. Remove the bagels from the air fryer and let them cool slightly before enjoying!

Notes

Don't overmix the dough. Each air fryer model is different, so check bagels a minute or so before the cooking time is up. Allow bagels to cool before slicing to avoid squishing.
