- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour and baking powder until well combined.
- Gradually add the Greek yogurt to the dry mixture and combine until a soft dough forms.
- Lightly flour your countertop and knead the dough for about 2-3 minutes until it becomes smooth.
- Divide the dough into 4 portions. Roll each portion into a log and form a circle, pinching the ends together to create a bagel shape.
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Place the bagels in the air fryer basket, making sure not to overcrowd them. Air fry for 10-12 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- If using toppings, brush the bagels with a little water or yogurt and sprinkle on your desired toppings before the final minutes of cooking.
- Remove the bagels from the air fryer and let them cool slightly before enjoying!
Notes
Don't overmix the dough. Each air fryer model is different, so check bagels a minute or so before the cooking time is up. Allow bagels to cool before slicing to avoid squishing.
