Crust Preparation
- In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of your 9x13 inch pan to form a solid crust.
Filling Preparation
- In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract together until smooth and creamy.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
Assembly
- Spread the cheesecake mixture evenly over the graham cracker crust.
- Arrange sliced strawberries and blueberries on top to create the American flag design.
Chilling and Serving
- Refrigerate the cheesecake for at least 4 hours or until fully set. Cut into squares and serve chilled.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. You can also freeze the cheesecake without the fruit topping for up to 2 months.
