  • 1 medium Apple, thinly sliced Choose your favorite variety (Granny Smith adds a nice tartness).
  • 4 oz Goat Cheese, softened Creamy and rich, perfect for spreading.
  • 1 tbsp Honey Adds natural sweetness; feel free to adjust to your taste.
  • ΒΌ tsp Cinnamon Just a hint for warmth and depth.
Optional Ingredients
  • 1 handful Fresh Arugula For a peppery kick and color.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Begin by slicing the apple thinly and softening the goat cheese if needed.
Mixing
  1. In a small bowl, combine the softened goat cheese, honey, and cinnamon until creamy.
Assembly
  1. Cut each croissant in half horizontally to create a top and bottom.
  2. Generously spread the goat cheese mixture on the bottom half of each croissant.
  3. Layer the thin apple slices on top of the goat cheese.
  4. If using, add a handful of fresh arugula over the apples for extra flavor.
  5. Place the top half of the croissant over the filling and enjoy!

Notes

For best results, use fresh croissants and let goat cheese sit at room temperature for easier spreading. Don't overfill to enhance each flavor.
