Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  2. Cook bacon in a skillet until crispy.
  3. Remove bacon and set aside.
  4. Add potatoes to the same skillet.
  5. Cook potatoes until golden brown.
  6. Whisk eggs with cream in a bowl.
  7. Add salt and pepper to the mixture.
Cooking
  1. Pour egg mixture over potatoes.
  2. Sprinkle bacon and cheese on top.
  3. Cook on stovetop for 3 minutes.
  4. Transfer skillet to preheated oven.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes until set.
  6. Garnish with fresh chives before serving.
