  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine spices: paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Rub the spice mixture generously all over the chicken drumsticks, coating them evenly.
Baking
  1. Place the seasoned drumsticks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. Using a basting brush, brush the drumsticks with BBQ sauce.
  3. Bake for 35-45 minutes, checking for doneness with a meat thermometer (internal temperature should reach 165°F / 74°C).
  4. Baste with more sauce during the last 10 minutes of cooking for extra flavor.

Notes
