Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Position a rack in the center.
- In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, garlic powder, sriracha, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Place the chicken breasts in a lightly greased baking dish in a single layer. Spoon or spread the sauce over each breast.
Cooking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25–30 minutes, or until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C). If larger, check after 35 minutes; if thinner, check at 20 minutes.
- For a caramelized top, switch the oven to broil for the last 2–3 minutes, watching carefully.
- Remove from oven and let the chicken rest for 5 minutes. Garnish with green onions before serving.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3–4 days. For freezing, allow chicken to cool and place in freezer-safe containers for up to 3 months. Can be reheated in the oven or microwave.
