For the Bang Bang Sauce
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha Adjust to taste for spice level.
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil For added flavor.
For the Salmon
  • 4 pieces salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 2 pieces green onions, thinly sliced For garnish.

Method
 

Preparing the Bang Bang Sauce
  1. Preheat your oven’s broiler to high.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sriracha, honey, rice vinegar, and soy sauce until smooth. Stir in the sesame oil.
Cooking the Salmon
  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place the salmon fillets on the baking sheet and generously brush them with the Bang Bang sauce, coating both sides.
  3. Broil the salmon for 8-10 minutes, monitoring closely until the fillets flake easily with a fork.
Final Touches
  1. Remove the salmon from the oven and garnish with sliced green onions. Serve immediately.

Notes

For variations, adjust the amount of sriracha to suit your spice level. Serve alongside jasmine rice or a fresh salad for a complete meal. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
