Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 1 package sugar-free jello (3 oz) Choose a flavor you love, such as strawberry, raspberry, lemon, or orange.
  • 1 to 1 1/2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla) or low-fat cottage cheese Choose based on your texture preference.
  • ½ to 1 cup whipped topping (optional) Use light or sugar-free for fewer calories.
  • 1 cup cold water Plus the hot water called for on jello package.
Optional Add-ins
  • 1 cup small diced soft fruit Berries, ripe peaches, or mandarin segments.
  • 1 scoop unflavored or vanilla protein powder Optional for added protein.
  • few drops vanilla extract For flavor enhancement.
  • pinch cinnamon Optional seasoning.

Method

Preparation
  1. Prepare the sugar-free jello according to package instructions, using the appropriate amount of hot and cold water.
  2. Allow the prepared jello to cool slightly (about 5–10 minutes) but not set. In a mixing bowl, combine the prepared jello with Greek yogurt or cottage cheese until well mixed.
  3. If using cottage cheese and prefer a smooth texture, briefly blend the cottage cheese before combining.
Folding and Chilling
  1. If using, fold in the whipped topping for added creaminess using a rubber spatula to keep some air in the mixture.
  2. Chill in the refrigerator for a few hours until set and fluffy.
Serving
  1. Transfer to serving bowls and garnish with fresh seasonal toppings just before serving.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3–4 days. Portion into individual containers for easy grab-and-go snacks. Freezing is not recommended as it alters the texture.
