Preparation
- Prepare the sugar-free jello according to package instructions, using the appropriate amount of hot and cold water.
- Allow the prepared jello to cool slightly (about 5–10 minutes) but not set. In a mixing bowl, combine the prepared jello with Greek yogurt or cottage cheese until well mixed.
- If using cottage cheese and prefer a smooth texture, briefly blend the cottage cheese before combining.
Folding and Chilling
- If using, fold in the whipped topping for added creaminess using a rubber spatula to keep some air in the mixture.
- Chill in the refrigerator for a few hours until set and fluffy.
Serving
- Transfer to serving bowls and garnish with fresh seasonal toppings just before serving.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3–4 days. Portion into individual containers for easy grab-and-go snacks. Freezing is not recommended as it alters the texture.
