- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined.
- Slowly add the melted butter while stirring the mixture.
- In another bowl, sift the flour and gradually add it to the wet ingredients.
- Mix until just combined; be careful not to overmix—some lumps are okay!
Cooking
- Preheat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat.
- Pour about 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake.
- Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip to cook the other side until golden brown.
- Repeat with the remaining batter, adjusting heat as necessary.
Notes
Make sure your skillet is adequately preheated. For fluffier pancakes, let the batter rest for about 10 minutes before cooking.
