  • 3 pieces Flatbread (store-bought naan, lavash, or homemade flatbreads) Use slightly thicker flatbread for heartier bites.
  • 2 cups Cooked chicken, shredded Rotisserie chicken or poached works best.
  • 0.5 cup BBQ sauce Use your favorite bottled sauce or homemade.
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese Cheddar or mozzarella, or a mix.
  • 0.5 cup Red onion, thinly sliced
  • 0.25 cup Cilantro, chopped Optional, for garnish.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the flatbread on a baking sheet, using parchment or a silicone mat if desired.
  3. Spread a thin layer of BBQ sauce over the flatbread.
  4. Top with shredded chicken, cheese, and red onion.
Baking
  1. Bake in the oven for about 10–15 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  2. Remove from the oven, garnish with chopped cilantro if desired, slice, and serve hot.

Notes

For best texture, assemble flatbreads just before baking. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. To freeze, cool baked flatbread completely and wrap tightly before freezing.
