Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the flatbread on a baking sheet, using parchment or a silicone mat if desired.
- Spread a thin layer of BBQ sauce over the flatbread.
- Top with shredded chicken, cheese, and red onion.
Baking
- Bake in the oven for about 10–15 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven, garnish with chopped cilantro if desired, slice, and serve hot.
Notes
For best texture, assemble flatbreads just before baking. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. To freeze, cool baked flatbread completely and wrap tightly before freezing.
