Preparation
- In a bowl, mix the sliced beef with cornstarch and let it marinate for 10 minutes.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add the beef and stir-fry until browned, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from the pan and set aside.
- In the same pan, add the remaining oil, garlic, and ginger; stir-fry for 30 seconds.
- Add the mixed vegetables and stir-fry for about 5 minutes until tender-crisp.
Cooking
- Return the beef to the pan and add soy sauce and oyster sauce. Stir well and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Serve hot over rice or noodles.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container for 3-4 days. Thaw frozen stir-fry before reheating; reheat on stovetop for best texture.
