  • 8 oz Fresh mozzarella cheese Sliced into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes Halved
  • 2 cups Mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • ΒΌ cup Fresh basil leaves Torn
  • 2 tbsp Balsamic glaze
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Slice the fresh mozzarella cheese into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Halve the cherry tomatoes.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the mozzarella, cherry tomatoes, and mixed berries.
  4. Tear fresh basil leaves and add them to the bowl.
  5. Drizzle with balsamic glaze and olive oil, then season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Gently toss the salad to combine all the ingredients.
  7. Serve immediately as a refreshing side dish.

Notes

If you have leftovers, store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Flavors are best enjoyed fresh and may not hold up well for more than a day. For variations, consider using different types of cheese or adding nuts for crunch.
