Ingredients
  

For the Pops
  • 1 cup fresh blackberries
  • 2 cups vanilla yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey Can be substituted with maple syrup or agave nectar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice Optional ingredient

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Blend the fresh blackberries, vanilla yogurt, honey, and lemon juice (if using) in a blender until smooth.
  2. Pour the blended mixture into popsicle molds, being careful to leave space at the top for expansion.
  3. Insert popsicle sticks into each mold and freeze for at least 4 hours until solid.
  4. To remove the pops, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds.
  5. Enjoy the pops and consider adding chopped fruits or nuts for extra texture.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container. Wrapping individual pops in plastic wrap before sealing can prevent freezer burn. Can be made ahead of time, allowing for 4-6 hours of freezing.
