Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the wings with salt and pepper, tossing to season evenly.
Cooking
- Place the seasoned wings on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping midway.
- While the wings bake, melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat, then add the buffalo sauce and simmer for a few minutes.
- Remove wings from the oven, then coat them in the buffalo sauce mixture, tossing until well coated.
- For an extra crispy finish, return wings to the oven for an additional 5-10 minutes.
Serving
- Serve hot, optionally with celery and carrot sticks.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 2 months. Reheat by baking at 350°F (175°C) for 10-15 minutes.
