Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings with the Cajun seasoning, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Toss well until wings are thoroughly coated.
- Create a single layer of wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Cooking
- Place the wings in the oven and bake for 40-45 minutes, turning them halfway through.
- After baking, let the wings rest for a few minutes before garnishing with fresh parsley and serving hot.
Notes
If you have leftovers, store them in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days. Reheat in the oven for about 10-15 minutes at 375°F (190°C) to regain crispiness. You can also freeze the wings after cooling for up to three months.
