Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface and cut it into small squares, about 3 inches on each side.
  3. Place a piece of mozzarella cheese and a few slices of pepperoni in the center of each square.
  4. Gently fold the corners of the dough over the filling and pinch the edges to seal them tightly.
  5. Using a pastry brush, brush the tops with olive oil, then sprinkle them with garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
  6. Arrange the bombs on a baking sheet and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
  8. Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.

Notes

For a vegetarian option, swap pepperoni for veggies like bell peppers or mushrooms. Cheese variations can include cheddar or provolone. Cooked fillings like ground meat or sautéed vegetables can also be added for heartiness. Leftover bombs can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or frozen for a month.
