  1. In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken and mashed avocado. Mix well.
  2. Add salt and pepper to taste, ensuring the mixture is well seasoned.
Cooking
  1. Preheat a skillet over medium heat and add butter or oil to coat the bottom.
  2. Place two slices of bread on the skillet and evenly spread the chicken and avocado mixture on each slice.
  3. Top with shredded cheese, then place the remaining slices of bread on top to create the sandwich.
