Preparation
- Chop the romaine lettuce, slice the cooked chicken breasts, and set them aside.
- Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. On one half of the tortilla, layer the chopped romaine, sliced chicken, Parmesan cheese, and croutons if using.
- Drizzle Caesar dressing over the fillings, and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
- Carefully fold the tortilla over the fillings, tucking in the sides as you roll to create a wrap.
- Repeat this process with the remaining tortillas and fillings.
- Cut each wrap in half and serve immediately, or wrap them in foil for later.
Notes
Use rotisserie chicken to save time. Adjust Caesar dressing amount based on preference. Wrap tightly to avoid sogginess but not so tightly that the tortilla tears. Stored wraps may become soggy; refresh them by toasting slightly.
