- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, chopped romaine lettuce, Caesar dressing, and grated Parmesan cheese. Gently stir until everything is coated evenly.
- Taste the mixture and season with salt and pepper if desired.
- Lay out the tortillas flat on a clean surface. Divide the chicken mixture evenly among the tortillas, placing it in the center.
- Carefully roll up each tortilla tightly, tucking in the sides as you go.
- Using a sharp knife, slice each wrap in half diagonally.
Notes
These wraps are excellent for meal prep. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. For freezing, avoid adding dressing until ready to eat. Wrap tightly in plastic and store in a freezer-safe bag for up to 3 months.
