Ingredients
  

For the Wrap Filling
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded Can use leftover roasted chicken, boiled chicken, or store-bought rotisserie chicken.
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • ½ cup Caesar dressing Adjust to taste.
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese Freshly grated recommended for the best flavor.
  • to taste Salt and pepper Caesar dressing may already bring seasoning.
For the Wrap
  • 4 large tortillas Whole wheat or low-carb tortillas for healthier alternatives.

Preparation
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, chopped romaine lettuce, Caesar dressing, and grated Parmesan cheese. Gently stir until everything is coated evenly.
  2. Taste the mixture and season with salt and pepper if desired.
  3. Lay out the tortillas flat on a clean surface. Divide the chicken mixture evenly among the tortillas, placing it in the center.
  4. Carefully roll up each tortilla tightly, tucking in the sides as you go.
  5. Using a sharp knife, slice each wrap in half diagonally.

Notes

These wraps are excellent for meal prep. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. For freezing, avoid adding dressing until ready to eat. Wrap tightly in plastic and store in a freezer-safe bag for up to 3 months.
