Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cut the peaches in half and carefully remove the pits.
  3. In a small bowl, mix the brown sugar and cinnamon together until combined.
  4. Place the peach halves in a baking dish with the cut side facing up.
  5. Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture generously over the peaches.
  6. Place a small piece of butter on each peach half.
Baking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the peaches are tender and aromatic.
