Method

Preparation
  1. Place your blender or large mixing bowl on the counter and chill the Ninja Creami pint or freezer-safe container.
  2. In a blender or a large bowl, add 2 cups Greek yogurt, 1 cup milk (or milk alternative), 2–3 tablespoons protein powder, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, and 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup if using. Blend or whisk until smooth.
  3. Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness if necessary.
  4. Gently fold in the crushed Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal.
  5. Pour the mixture into your Ninja Creami pint/container or a freezer-safe dish and smooth the top.
  6. Cover tightly and freeze for at least 8 hours or overnight.
Processing
  1. If using the Ninja Creami, spin according to the machine’s instructions.
  2. If not using a Creami, let the frozen block sit at room temperature for 6-10 minutes, then pulse in a blender or food processor until creamy.
  3. For added crunch, fold a small handful of reserved cereal after processing.
Serving
  1. Serve immediately for soft-serve or freeze for 20-30 minutes for firmer scoops.
  2. Top with reserved cereal clusters if desired.
