  • ½ cup Black Coffee (or Iced Coffee)
  • ¼ cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1 tbsp Cocoa Powder
  • ¼ cup Almond Butter Can be substituted with peanut butter
  • 5.3 oz Vanilla Yogurt Adjust for lower sugar content if desired
  • 1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder (31 grams)

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Begin by adding the frozen banana, cocoa powder, almond butter, vanilla yogurt, protein powder, black coffee, unsweetened almond milk, and a handful of ice into your high-speed blender.
  2. Blend all the ingredients until they are smooth and creamy, which should take about 30-60 seconds depending on your blender.
  3. Once blended to perfection, pour the mixture into a glass and serve immediately. Enjoy your invigorating coffee smoothie!

Notes

For best flavor and texture, consume immediately after blending. Area for meal prepping: Freeze banana slices and prepare dry ingredients ahead of time.
