  • 2 pieces chicken breasts, diced

Preparation
  1. Cook the bowtie pasta in a large pot according to the package directions. Once cooked, drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the cowboy butter over medium heat to infuse with flavors.
  3. Add the diced chicken to the skillet and cook until golden brown and fully cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
Cooking
  1. Add the broccoli florets to the skillet and sauté until tender but crisp, about 3-4 minutes.
  2. Stir in the cooked pasta along with the lemon zest and juice. Mix well to combine.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Serve hot, topped with freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
