- Add corn, bacon, jalapeno, green onions, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Stir until well combined.
- Transfer to a slow cooker and heat on low for 1-2 hours until warm.
- Alternatively, bake in an oven-safe dish at 350°F for 15-20 minutes until bubbly.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
Notes
Great for parties, can be made ahead of time. To enhance flavor, serve straight from the slow cooker and garnish with extra green onions and lime.
