For the Bacon
  • 4 slices bacon, diced Use thick-cut for a meatier bite.
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil For sautéing garlic.
Seasoning

Method
 

Cooking the Bacon
  1. In a large skillet, cook the diced bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove bacon and set aside, leaving the drippings in the pan.
Sautéing Garlic
  1. Add olive oil to the skillet and heat over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Cooking Broccoli
  1. Add the broccoli florets to the skillet and cook until slightly tender, about 3–4 minutes.
Adding Cream and Cheese
  1. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper.
Finalizing the Dish
  1. Cook until the sauce thickens and broccoli is tender, about 3–5 minutes. Stir in the cooked bacon and serve warm.

Notes

For storing leftovers, refrigerate in an airtight container for 3–4 days. Reheat gently to avoid breaking the sauce.
