Cooking Chicken
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add to the skillet. Cook until golden brown on both sides and cooked through.
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
Making the Sauce
- In the same skillet, add the ranch seasoning mix, heavy cream, and chicken broth. Stir until well combined and bring to a simmer.
- Return the chicken to the skillet, cover with the sauce, and simmer for a few more minutes.
- Serve with steamed vegetables and baked potatoes, spooning extra sauce over the vegetables and potatoes.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container for 3-4 days or freeze in meal-sized portions for up to 3 months. Reheat gently to maintain sauce texture.
