- Spread the mixture onto a piece of parchment paper and roll it into a log.
- Slice into pieces and dip each piece in the egg wash.
Cooking
- Heat coconut oil or butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Fry the roll ups until golden brown and crispy on all sides, about 1-2 minutes per side.
- Drain on paper towels briefly before serving.
Serving
- Serve warm, optionally dusted with powdered erythritol or sugar-free glaze.
Notes
These roll ups are best enjoyed fresh and warm. Store leftovers in an airtight container with parchment between layers for up to 3-4 days in the refrigerator. Can be reheated in a 350°F oven or air fryer.
