  • ¼ cup almond flour
  • 2 tablespoons sweetener (like erythritol or stevia) Adjust to taste.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
For the Roll Ups
  • 1 large egg (for egg wash) Beaten with 1 tablespoon water.
  • 2-3 tablespoons coconut oil or butter for frying More as needed.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, almond flour, sweetener, vanilla extract, and cinnamon until smooth.
  2. Spread the mixture onto a piece of parchment paper and roll it into a log.
  3. Slice into pieces and dip each piece in the egg wash.
Cooking
  1. Heat coconut oil or butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Fry the roll ups until golden brown and crispy on all sides, about 1-2 minutes per side.
  3. Drain on paper towels briefly before serving.
Serving
  1. Serve warm, optionally dusted with powdered erythritol or sugar-free glaze.

Notes

These roll ups are best enjoyed fresh and warm. Store leftovers in an airtight container with parchment between layers for up to 3-4 days in the refrigerator. Can be reheated in a 350°F oven or air fryer.
