  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds for garnish
  • green onions, for garnish
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your grill or oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the Korean BBQ sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, ginger, salt, and pepper.
  3. Toss the chicken wings in the sauce mixture until they are well coated.
Cooking
  1. For grilling: Arrange the wings on the grill and cook for about 20-25 minutes, turning occasionally, until crispy and cooked through.
  2. For baking: Place the wings on a baking tray and bake for 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway through for even crispiness.
Serving
  1. Once cooked, garnish with sesame seeds and sliced green onions.
  2. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

Marinate the wings for at least 30 minutes or overnight for deeper flavors. For extra crunch, consider double frying them. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days, or freeze for up to 3 months.
