Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the sliced potatoes, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss until well coated.
  3. Arrange the potato slices in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Baking
  1. Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until golden and crispy, flipping halfway through for even cooking.
  2. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired and serve hot.

Notes

Make sure to use parchment paper to prevent sticking. For extra crispiness, broil for the last 2–3 minutes, keeping a close eye to avoid burning.
