Preparation
  1. Place the chicken breasts in the crock pot.
  2. Pat the chicken dry with paper towels and season lightly with salt and pepper before adding to the slow cooker.
  3. In a bowl, mix the Italian dressing mix, cream of chicken soup, and sour cream until smooth.
  4. Pour the mixture over the chicken and ensure each breast is well coated.
Cooking
  1. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or until chicken is tender.
  2. About 30 minutes before serving, cook the angel hair pasta according to package instructions.
Serving
  1. Serve the chicken and sauce over the pasta, garnished with parsley.
  2. For creamier presentation, shred chicken in the crock pot and stir it back into the sauce before serving.
