- Mix until everything is well combined. You should have a thick mixture that can hold its shape.
- Scoop out tablespoons of the mixture and shape them into small bites. Place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for about 15-20 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crispy.

Notes
Make sure to finely chop the broccoli to ensure even cooking and easy biting. Feel free to add different seasonings like Italian herbs or chili flakes for a kick.
