Ingredients

Wrap Ingredients
  • 4 large tortillas Use flour tortillas for ultimate flexibility and crunch.
  • 6 large eggs Scrambled to fluffy perfection.
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded Pepper jack can spice things up.
  • 1 cup cooked sausage or bacon, chopped Feel free to substitute with turkey or veggie sausage.
  • 1 cup fresh veggies, diced Includes options like bell peppers, onions, spinach, or tomatoes.
  • ½ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt For a healthier alternative.
  • to taste hot sauce For an extra flavor boost.

Method

Preparation
  1. Gather all your ingredients and chop your veggies, if needed.
  2. In a medium skillet over medium heat, scramble the eggs until fluffy and set aside.
  3. If using raw sausage or bacon, cook it in the same skillet until fully cooked. Drain excess grease and set aside.
Assembly
  1. Place one tortilla on a flat surface.
  2. Layer a scoop of eggs, followed by cheese, sausage or bacon, and fresh veggies.
  3. Add a dollop of sour cream and drizzle with hot sauce, if desired.
  4. Carefully fold the edges of the tortilla inwards, creating a wrap.
Cooking
  1. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and place the assembled wrap seam-side down. Cook until golden and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  2. Remove from the skillet, slice in half, and enjoy your delicious breakfast!

Notes

Don't overfill your crunchwrap; it can make folding tricky. Ensure your skillet isn't too hot to avoid burning the wrap while the cheese melts. Allow enough time for the bottom to get nice and crispy before flipping.
