- In a mixing bowl, pour your strawberry gelatin into the Greek yogurt.
- Using a whisk or spoon, stir the mixture until it's fully blended and smooth.
- Carefully transfer the mixture into individual serving cups or a larger dessert dish.
- Place your cups in the fridge and let them chill for at least one hour to set.
- Once set, serve the dessert chilled. You can garnish with freshly sliced strawberries or a dollop of whipped cream.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. It can also be frozen in portions, but the texture may change.
