Preparation
  1. Squeeze fresh lemons to extract about one cup of lemon juice.
  2. In a blender, combine the lemon juice, sugar, and cold water. Blend until the sugar dissolves completely.
  3. Gradually add the ice cubes and blend until you reach a slushy consistency.
  4. Add the vanilla ice cream and blend until smooth and creamy.
  5. Pour the frosted lemonade into tall glasses and serve immediately.

Notes

For a thicker drink, add cold water or lemonade. Experiment with different extracts for added flavor. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer.
