Preparation

- In another bowl, whisk together the milk, melted coconut oil, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Avoid overmixing.
- Gently fold in the sprinkles with a rubber spatula.
Baking
- Pour the batter into your prepared cake pan and bake for 25-30 minutes. Check for doneness with a toothpick.
- Let the cake cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
For added moisture, consider a mix of whole milk and yogurt. For a stronger vanilla flavor, add an extra teaspoon of vanilla extract. Feel free to experiment with flavors such as citrus zest or different extracts.
