- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the butter (or olive oil). Once melted, add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Season the chicken tenderloins with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Add the chicken to the skillet and cook for about 4–5 minutes on each side or until golden and cooked through.
- Sprinkle with dried parsley if desired.
- Serve immediately with lemon wedges.
