  • 4 pieces sandwich buns Toast on the grill for best results.
  • 4 slices cheese (cheddar or your choice) Melt on top of chicken.
  • 8 slices cooked bacon Crispy bacon adds flavor.
  • Leaf lettuce leaves Fresh for crunch.
  • 2 slices tomato slices Use ripe tomatoes for best flavor.
  • to taste mayonnaise or your choice of sauce Customizable to preferences.
  • to taste salt and pepper For seasoning the chicken.

Preparation
  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Grill them for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and juices run clear.
  2. While the chicken is grilling, toast the sandwich buns on the grill until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Once the chicken is cooked and the buns are toasted, place the grilled chicken on the bottom half of each bun.
  4. Add a slice of cheese on top of each chicken breast, followed by two slices of crispy bacon.
  5. On the top half of the buns, layer some lettuce and tomato slices. Spread mayonnaise or your preferred sauce.
  6. Close the sandwiches with the top bun and serve hot.

Notes

For leftovers, store grilled chicken separately from sandwiches. Refrigerate chicken for up to 3-4 days or freeze for up to three months. Prepare chicken and bacon in advance for quick assembly later.
