- Grill the chicken thighs for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked through.
- Once cooked, allow the chicken to rest for a few minutes before slicing.
Serving
- Serve the slices over a bed of cooked rice and accompany with grilled vegetables on the side. Garnish with green onions.
Notes
Leftover Grilled Korean BBQ Chicken can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. For longer storage, you can freeze the marinated chicken thighs before grilling.
