Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and cut it into squares (about 3x3 inches).
- In a bowl, mix the diced turkey ham and shredded cheese. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
- Place a spoonful of the ham and cheese mixture in the center of each pastry square.
- Fold the pastry over to form a triangle and press the edges to seal.
Baking
- Brush the tops with beaten egg.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes or until golden brown.
Serving
- Serve warm, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
Notes
Store cooled puffs in an airtight container for up to three days. Can also freeze unbaked puffs for up to three months.
