- Peel the ripe bananas and slice them into 1/2-inch thick rounds.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the dark chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring after each, until smooth.
- Dip each banana slice halfway into the melted chocolate, then place them onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Drizzle almond butter over each dipped banana slice.
- Sprinkle a pinch of sea salt on top before placing them in the freezer for about 15–20 minutes, or until the chocolate hardens.
- Enjoy these bites right away or store them for later!
Notes
Use ripe bananas for the best sweetness. Keep an eye on the chocolate while melting to prevent burning. Ensure the parchment paper is dry to prevent sticking.
