Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together rolled oats, nut butter, honey, dried fruits, nuts, vanilla extract, and salt until fully combined.
  3. Press the mixture evenly into the prepared baking pan.
Baking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes or until lightly golden.
  2. Allow to cool completely in the pan before cutting into bars.

Notes

These bars are forgiving, so small swaps are fine. They can be frozen for 3 months or refrigerated up to 2 weeks.
