  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional) Can be substituted with agave syrup or maple syrup.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Chop the fresh fruit into small pieces.
  2. In a blender, combine the chopped fruit, water or juice, and honey if using.
  3. Blend until smooth, starting on a lower setting and gradually increasing to high speed.
  4. Pour into a glass over ice if desired and enjoy.

Notes

If you have any leftovers, store in the refrigerator for up to two days. For longer storage, freeze in individual portions using ice cube trays.
