  • 1 cup frozen banana
  • 1 cup coconut milk Can be substituted with almond milk or oat milk.
  • 1 serving vanilla plant-based protein powder Optional for added protein.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Place the frozen pineapple, frozen banana, coconut milk, and vanilla plant-based protein powder directly into your blender.
  2. Blend on high until all the ingredients are completely smooth. If the mixture is too thick, feel free to add a bit more coconut milk to reach your desired consistency.
  3. Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy immediately as a healthy breakfast or snack.

Notes

For added flavor, consider incorporating a handful of spinach or kale. Top your smoothie with granola or seeds for a bit of crunch. The recipe serves one but can easily be doubled.
