Preparation

- Divide the dough into small pieces, roll into balls, and shape into pretzel bites.
Baking
- Bring a pot of water to a boil, then add baking soda.
- Boil pretzel bites in the water for 30 seconds, then remove and place on a baking sheet.
- Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with coarse sea salt.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm with cheese sauce for dipping.
