Ingredients
  

Fresh Fruits
  • 3 medium Fresh peaches Sliced into thin wedges
  • 1 cup Blackberries A handful, fresh
  • 1 cup Blueberries A handful, fresh
  • ½ cup Pomegranate seeds For crunch and color
Dressing
  • 2 tablespoons Honey To sweeten
  • 2 tablespoons Lime juice Freshly squeezed
Garnish
  • ¼ cup Fresh basil leaves Torn for garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Wash the peaches and slice them into thin wedges.
  2. Place the sliced peaches into a large mixing bowl.
  3. Add in a generous handful of blackberries and blueberries.
  4. Toss in the pomegranate seeds.
Make the Dressing
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the honey and lime juice until well blended.
Combine and Serve
  1. Drizzle the honey-lime mixture over the fruit salad and gently toss to coat.
  2. Tear fresh basil leaves and sprinkle them on top.
  3. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Notes

To enhance the dressing, consider adding lime zest. This salad pairs well with grilled chicken or fish. Prepare the dressing ahead to save time.
