  1. Prep the ingredients: Start by washing and chopping the lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and peppers into bite-sized pieces to fit nicely in your sandwich.
  2. Mix the dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
Assembly
  1. Layer the meats and cheese: Cut the hoagie bread lengthwise and layer the salami, ham, capicola, and provolone cheese evenly on the bottom half.
