  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 package (3 oz) flavored gelatin (seasonal flavor) Choose flavors like cranberry, apple, citrus, strawberry.
  • 1 cup vodka or other alcohol Options include rum, tequila, or flavored vodka.
  • 1 cup cold water To cool the mixture before adding alcohol.
Equipment
  • 1 set small plastic cups or shot glasses 1–2 oz size recommended.
  • 1 each mixing bowl (heat-safe)
  • 1 each whisk or spoon for stirring
  • 1 each measuring cups
  • 1 each baking tray Useful for moving multiple cups at once.
  • 1 each small funnel or pitcher For easy pouring.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, dissolve the flavored gelatin in boiling water and stir until completely dissolved.
  2. Add the cold water and vodka, mixing well.
  3. Pour the mixture into small plastic cups or shot glasses.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 2–4 hours or until set.
  5. Serve chilled and enjoy!

Notes

Garnish with tiny fruit slices, whipped cream, or a sprinkle of sugar. Store in a covered container; best consumed within 3–5 days.
