Preparation
- Gather all your ingredients and have them ready.
- Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
Cooking
- Place one slice of bread, butter-side down, in a heated skillet. Layer with cheese, then blueberries, and top with the second slice of bread, butter-side up.
- Cook the sandwich on medium heat for about 3-4 minutes or until golden brown. Flip carefully.
- Grill the other side for another 3-4 minutes until the cheese is melted and both sides are crispy.
Serving
- Optionally drizzle honey or maple syrup on top before cutting it in half and serving.
Notes
Ensure your skillet is hot enough before cooking for that perfect crust. Lower the heat and cover the skillet if cheese isn't melting quickly. Press the sandwich down gently with a spatula for even grilling.
