- In a mixing bowl, combine the honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic to create the marinade.
- Add the chicken cubes to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Marinate for at least 30 minutes, preferably longer.
Cooking
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated chicken cubes onto skewers, leaving space between each cube.
- Grill the skewers for about 5-7 minutes on each side, until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
- Remove the skewers from the grill and serve them warm.
Notes
Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. For longer storage, freeze the cooked skewers for about 2-3 months. These skewers pair well with rice or salad.
